BYD Expands to Pokhara with Launch of New Showroom and Sealion 7
Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of BYD Auto in Nepal, has announced the official launch of its new BYD showroom in Pokhara. This event also saw the unveiling of the BYD Sealion 7 in Gandaki Province.
Located at Buddha Chowk, Pokhara, the new showroom has been updated in full compliance with BYD’s latest Corporate Identity/Visual Identity (CI/VI) standards. It offers a comprehensive 3S (Sales, Service & Spares) facility, with a total area of 12,845 sq. ft., providing customers with an integrated, one-stop experience.
A state-of-the-art service center—currently under construction right behind the showroom—will further enhance after-sales support, ensuring alignment with BYD’s global service excellence guidelines.
All BYD service employees in Pokhara have undergone rigorous training by BYD HQ representatives and hold official certifications, ensuring customers receive ‘Superior & Sincere Service’ at every touchpoint.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by Mr. Dhana Raj Acharya, Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City, as the Chief Guest, alongside key industry stakeholders, media representatives, and BYD enthusiasts.
